Original varnish finish allows the detail to be seen. This will strip relatively easily. Original oval beveled glass has been long gone. Safety glass should be installed anyway. I’ve left the plywood panel currently in place to be able to use it for a glass pattern. Measures 36”W x 83-3/4” x 1-3/4”. This is made of solid oak and can be cut down without spoiling the balance. Currently set up for RH in-swing.
