Brownstone Tether Block

Unique pyramid styling with a handle style, hand forged, lift iron. Measures 10” x 10” x 16”H overall. An old red paint is partially covering the hand tooled brownstone. This is as found. The paint can be removed if desired. Weighs a hefty 45-50 pounds. I have never encountered this form before.
